I use tags to search movies types. I have tags for TV, Kids, Anime, Movies. I was wondering if I can link these tags to a collection list, because as you may guess I also have collection list set for these tags titles as well. I currently manually move new entries into there collection list but at 2100+ videos this is becoming a tedious task. We use the lists for my wife and kids to find what they want to watch and it is easier to have the kids select a collection list than to have them try a figure out searching.  I have tried to figure this out for a few months, but I am lost. Any help would be very much appreciated.
Anime is my drug of choice. It feels so good. mmmm Anime:}

to answer your question, not that I know of... but I think I could suggest a solution.

If you use Tags, you could make custom tags for:  TV, Kids, Anime, Movies, etc.  They don't have to mutual exclusive, for instance you could have a profile that is TV & Kids.  Then filter for those tags and save it.  Then you can easily choose a drop down of that saved filter.

First Edit Tags and create the tags you want:

then choose the tags you want to filter for and then click the save button, type in the description and you can easily choose what you want to filter for.

Fell free to pm me if you have any questions.

You can also use the Filter, along with flags to update the tags.  You can set tags by flagging the ones you want to update and then going to Collection ---> Flagged ---> Set Tags.... and choose the tag you want to update for that group of flagged profiles.  So you could update your Television profiles by filtering for them, clearing flags, selecting Flag All Filtered, unchecking any that aren't applicable and then setting the filters.  Same goes for Anime & children.
