The rule refers to "seasons", not shows as a whole, and should probably be reworded to reflect that. As you say Hans, a box set of multiple different shows doesn't make sense to have rules about. Aha, I always read "series" as "show", not "seasons". Still, that's a tough thing in some cases. For example, 'Allo 'Allo has two DVD releases which include two different seasons (1&2, 3&4). However, on those releases episodes of different seasons are present on the SAME disc. It makes perfect sense to us over here, but we forget sometimes that our language can be as confusing as hell sometimes! A translation for the non-brits: "Note: In rare cases where multiple Complete TV Seasons of a TV series are packaged together, the Box-set rules can be applied, treating each season like a single film - applying the above rules for it’s individual profile." | | | | Last edited: by northbloke |
