Looking at the notes for it you should follow marcelb7's advice

Wrong locality. Please change to locality United Kingdom, and check if there are any updates to the profile.
Select profile -> Go to menu DVD -> Change UPC -> Select UK -> Click OK -> Refresh profile.

In both those cases you did multiple submissions on the same day, so my guess is user error, e.g. you didn't tick the relevant box on the later submissions.

Profile submissions don't stack, so if you do multiple submissions the only data that's submitted is that ticked on the last one.

I'm not sure how far you got, but the process that should work is:

1) Add the title as a manual dvd

2) Under the DVD menu select Change UPC/Locality

3) Select the EAN (or UPC if US I guess) radio button and enter  the UPC

4) Click the big blue arrow to the right and in the list that appears select create new alternative version, which appears at the bottom

5) Edit the details and then you should be able to submit

Looking at the profiles the only difference I can spot is that the original title fields for some have Season (followed by number then disc number) and some don't, e.g. Some are Monk: Season 7: Disc 1 some are just Monk: Season Five

From the explanation given that shouldn't impact it, but it might be worth correcting that to see if it fixes the issue.

As for the runtime, not sure why it's not showing for you unless it's a fully locked profile and you've chosen to hide changes for those as the profile is showing 5137 as per your notes (I assume you rounded up). Might want to run the database repair tool.

Things seem to be slowly getting back to normal for me. Downloading profiles and the forum are working normally for me. Uploading the collection took a couple of tries and seemed to take a bit longer than usual but did work.

Thanks to whomever is fixing this behind the scenes.

Images downloads are back, so it seems somebody is doing something behind the scenes.

Am I the only one experiencing problems?

Yesterday the website threw up a configuration error, today it's working but takes ages to load. Then, when downloading profiles to the program the text part works, but images error and don't download. Can't help wondering if this might be the beginning of the end.
