These are the credits for the film The Great Train Robbery from 1978.
The current profile has David Bretherton listed as editor.

This is his credit in the opening credits:

In the end credits there's another editor credit for Peter Elliott:

I added him as another editor because, for me, this is a valid editing credit.
But I got a No vote referring to this paragraph from the rules:

Does this Principal Editor rule apply here?

So which editor should get credits here?
Think different

Everything will be okay in the end. If it's not okay, it's not the end.

Peter Elliott is listed in the sound section, are you sure he's not a Sound Editor?

The rule is clear: Peter Elliott is not "credited together" with "Principal Editor" David Bretherton, so he doesn't qualify for entry.

Whether his credit actually refers to sound editing, as iPatsa suggests (I have Peter Elliott as a sound editor on 'The Prisoner', for instance), is another matter, but a film editor credit is certainly out of the question here.

From what I can see, Peter Elliott is a valid Sound Editor entry.
Complete list of Common Names  •  A good point for starting with Headshots (and v11.1)
