After some normal cast credits this credit for a band appears:

Should this band get a credit in the cast section?
If so how should the cast entry or entries look like?
Think different

Do the band physically appear in the film, or just provide a song(s) for the film?

A band (with singer) can be seen in the film, yes. So I think this is the credited band. There's nothing to be found on Google concerning this group and the credits have no role names, so there's no way to know it for sure. But I would say, it's them.

By the way:
The film is La Morte Vivante from 1982.
