| Posted: | | | | Here is the info on the replacement program from Paramount. I called the phone number first to see if the was any addition info but its just a recording to tell you what to put in the e-mail.

If you attached a proof of purchase scan or screenshot it was good enough for them. They just asked that you destroy the old discs afterwards. It is mind-boggling why they would need you to send the entire thing back. I can't recall ever needing to do that before with any replacement program. Some would require the disc to be sent back, yes, but they'd generally state to keep the case. | | | Corey |

It's not the same thing as the sound mixing error on the ST: TNG SS1 Blu-ray set and in that replacement, they didn't require you to send in the disc. |
