| Posted: | | | | Don't know if anyone here uses my program launcher GsyLaunch (personally I'd be lost without it). It's not Profiler related, but I thought I would still tell you that it has been updated. The new version adds the possibility to start programs as administrator, as well as some minor cosmetic changes. Download page. | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users. Gunnar |

I upgraded to Win 10, but had several problems, so I downgraded back to Win 7 again. Eventually I will do a clean Win 10 install. GsyLaunch worked well with Windows 10, though. | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users. Gunnar |

| Posted: | | | | After upgrading to Windows 10 I have noticed that GsyLaunch on a very few occasions does not seem to be able to complete the saving of the tab and button data. This seems to happen when Microsoft decides to reboot after an update. Thank you, Microsoft In response to that I have completely rewritten the data handling in GsyLaunch. Data is no longer saved to the registry, but to an xml file, and I have gone to great length to insure the integrity of the saved data. The first time you run version 1.12 data is migrated from the registry to the xml file, if you have used a previous version. This also includes a menu selectable backup and restore which is much easier to handle than the old way that used regedit. Download version 1.12 here. You can read the documentation here. | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users. Gunnar |
