Database repair on every backup needed |

I am running the latest official DVD profiler and always have a problem when the automatic backup trys to run: It aborts with an error. After restarting DVD Profiler and running a database repair, the backup runs fine.
But after some changes (adding new DVDs...), the problem occurs again.

Have you tried un- and reinstalling DVD Profiler? | | | If at first you don't succeed, skydiving isn't for you.

| Posted: | | | | Plugins: Collection Gallery, View Flagged DVDs I think they were installed by default. I have changed computers in the last year, so yes, I reinstalled DVD profiler.
My concern is that something in the database might be broken that is only temporarily fixed by database repair. |

| Posted: | | | | You might try this: 1. Make a backup (or if you already have one) 2. Create a new, empty database 3. Restore the backup into this new database
This has been known to fix some problems, so it may be worth testing. | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users. Gunnar |

| Posted: | | | | Unfortunately, the error persists. During actual backup, I get a "DBISAM Engine Error # 11013 Access denied to table 'collection' "
Any ideas? |
