Yeah but the filter does not make that adjustment yet so I don't think we should count Alan/J.W./Bell the same as Alan/J. W./Bell until it does.

In This post I pointed out how we should count based on based what the how the filter and rules would force the common name in certain conditions. But those are based on current filter/rule conditions. 

Although I agree with the consistency pointed out in the thread you pointed out I am not sure we should until there is a ruling or a filter changes.

This might be one where we should do a poll in the rules forum, and open a ticket to see if a rule.filter change could be made.

Giving myself a headache streaming lots of Last of the Summer Wine, but...
