Is it possible to have the screen sort by:

3D
Blu-ray
DVD

Any suggestions would be helpful. I already have it sorting by Blu-Ray > DVD

I'm sure you can but I think you need a bit more detail... do you mean 3D Blu or 3D DVD or are you asking about three different types of sorts?

Sort by:

3D Blu-Ray
3D DVD
Blu-Ray
DVD

The 3D DVD can actually be anywhere in the sort as I only have one DVD 3D

I would say sort by Media types... but neither of the 3D options are media types in DVD Profiler... so it would only do...

Blu-ray
DVD
HDDVD

unless you wanted to add your own custom media types to add the 3D options... but if I am not mistaken that would cut you off from the main database for updates for the titles you put in the 3D lists.

Not true, updates are based on primary key and Media Type isn't one. Just lock the field and you'll be fine.

So I was mistaken... which is why I put it that way... as I wasn't sure.

To be fair the field is called "3D anaglyph" so it certainly is a DVD which is 3D ie a 3D DVD

Apologies; I misread your response as being disagreeing instead of agreeing  , though intended my reply to be light-hearted - re-reading the thread I realise my mistake.

Apologies, again, bbbbb
