Dj Doena's way to start with a clean database is one way. You can keep your old database to fall back on, until you really do not need it anymore and can delete it via the same screen.

It boils down to your reason(s) for "wiping out" and start anew. You do not present those, but your online collection shows more than a 1000 titles, so do you really want to start from the beginning and enter 1000+ titles?

Whatever you do, I'd suggest you make a full backup of your current collection. In case your new start doesn't work out after you deleted the current set...

Anyways, if the program seems to be malfunctioning, first try to repair the database (Tools -> Options -> Utilities -> Repair profiler database). If that doesn't help you could try uninstall/reinstall, but you'll need that backup to reinstate your collection.

If it is important, say it. Otherwise, let silence speak.
