Addition of New Locality

I tried to make a contribution but it gave me the following error:

The locality of this submission does not appear to match the contributed profile. Please verify the locality and if needed, select DVD->Change Locality to correct the entry, then resubmit.

The problem is that there is no Locality available on the list for Puerto Rico, I have several other movies with the same problem.  I will like to know what to do in order to add Puerto Rico as a new locality.

Puerto Rico is currently a commonwealth of the United States, so it really isn't too much different than a US state situation – which also wouldn't get their own localities.

That's the problem, when I tried to enter any DVD or Blu-ray for movies made in Puerto Rico and adding US as the locality it cannot le me contribute them since it's prompting me to change the locality.

Common problem can be the color-format of DVDs, if it's PAL (don't know Puerto Rico) than this is not contributable for NTSC-US. Also the SRP has to be USD and the Region 1 or A.

Could you provide the profile-file[1] for this disc somehow? Dropbox or some similar hosting-service.

Puerto Rico is NTSC, just like the rest of the Americas. What error are you getting?
