Which scan?

Looks similar to what HBO uses which I've seen scanned and submitted.

The generally accepted practice for DVDP is with the J-Card because of the data and it's "how it would look on the shop shelf" (though I have yet to determine whether we should be putting the J-Card as a Slipcover in case type)

FWIW, elsewhere (etailer sites and others) the norm is without because many steelbook collectors buy based on the front/rear (inside) images and embossing.
