I noticed the following entry from Kluge marking this as "color" (hope the translation file fixes the spelling of this  ). However, the disc has two versions on it:

The first is all colour
The second is B&W up to the Time Warp routine, when it goes to colour.

So, would this be "mixed" or "colour"?

I voted no to Kluge's update, but that was simply to bring this to someone's attention.

Also, what about "Wizard of Oz"?

Wizard of Oz - Mixed

I think the Rocky Horror set would be Multiple if neither is a bonus feature.  If one is a bonus feature than its color characteristics don't get considered. (Hope i got that right)
Bad movie?  You're soaking in it!

As I understand it, based on the profile, the B&W version is an Easter Egg so it doesn't count towards the main profile.  Color seems to be correct.

Apart from the two separate cuts of the movie, you can also find a third version of the film well hidden on this DVD. From the disc's main menu highlight the 'Scene Selections.' Then, press the 'Left' arrow key on your remote control and a pair of lips will be highlighted at the bottom of the screen. Press 'Enter' now and voila... you get the chance to see Richard O'Brien's original vision of the film, in which the first part is entirely in black and white, until he opens the door to the ball room in the 'Time Warp' scene. More information on this special version of the film can be found in the documentary that is also part of this release.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

My version, the b&w is only accessible through an Easter egg.

Per the new rules, "Use when the coloring for at least 10% of the film differs from the rest of the film." So that's the determination.
