The rules state to list justification, not documentation. Sure, justification generally requires some form of link, but justification is different to documentation.

Yes, and I'm a man enough to admit that. You don't contribute profiles, take part of beta testing, contribute bug findings, feature requests, head shots, plugins or anything else constructive. All you do is whine about other people's contribution notes (or lack of them). In future, if you find a contribution that is agaist rules, just vote no and go on.
