That got your attention...

Ok I'm looking for  this title and when I went into database and typed in 40 year-old virgin I only got Blue ray and HDD titles .. and No American / Canadian regions ..?
so typed in 40 and now could see the problem ., half the data base of this title is 40 Year-Old-Virgin...  and the other half is 40-Year-Old-Virgin ..

must be bad data .. but now I can see the problem .., The cover art for the Blue ray and HDD is short a hyphen (only two)  and the standard dvd's are three hyphens .. I then checked the Block title on rear cover ( not the ad promo /art front cover ) and the block title is listed with three hyphens ..

is this right?? .. shouldn't they be changed?  It does make the data flow better to have all the titles: for all the regions/ for all the countries / for all releases to be the same .. It is the same movie ..
In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. Now the World is weird and People take Prozac to make it Normal.

The Title is the DVD/BD Title, they can vary.

Sounds like a job for the Original Title field.  All the various profiles probably have the film title in common.
Bad movie?  You're soaking in it!

Agreed... the one with the three hyphens on the front cover gets three hyphens in the title field, the ones with the 2 hyphens on the cover gets only 2w hyphens on the title field. As the rules says you take the title from the front cover. All you can do is change the original title if it is different in the credits.
