i've not followed the forum for quite some time, like 4 years or so, so please don't hate me for my question because it might be already solved somewhere. i searched, but i could not find an answer.

i lost my computer last summer due to lightning strike, so i set up the profiler with an old backup.
but of course, the pics had to be loaded from the server.

what puzzles me is that i have tons of profiles without pics now - because there are simply none on the servers.
but there should be - because image contributors are mentioned.
just some samples:

these are titles that should be in many collections.
am i the only one that can't get pictures?

Maybe the pictures weren't saved in your backup, try re-downloading the disc and images from the program itself, then if the profiels of these discs have pictures, so will you.

I just ran all 3 UPC's you listed through "add a dvd" then clicked preview, and all have cover pics front and back. Just refresh the images for the discs that aren't showing and you should be fine (make sure you haven't locked the cover images by mistake or anything also), the pics are there.
