In Popeye there is a line in the credits that credit The Steinettes as The Walfleur Sisters (A Valid Credit)

Then it  lists the four Steinettes and their roles (Valid credits, and a group)

What should be the proper way to credit?

Given the way the program works today there is no "right" answer.

What i would do is avoid dividers completely and list the credits as shown on screen:
Quote:
The Steinettes ==> The Walfleur Sisters
Actress ==> Role
etc.

No need to twist things up any further.
Bad movie?  You're soaking in it!

Ran into this for another movie recently and had no solution either.
I guess tweeter is correct, there is no "right" answer.

For me (locally) I would omit the "real" band name and put the role band name into a group divider.

But this is only because even more than dividers I dislike redundant data.

I guess for the online database the variant that comes closest to "correct" is the variant suggested by tweeter.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

This is how I would do those credits as well.
