There is currently a contribution for Hotel Rwanda (5-017239-193149) that changes the CoO from United Kingdom to South Africa. The (end) credits read as follows:

In association with The Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa
A Miracle Pictures/Seamus production
Produced in association with Inside Track
& Mikado Film

The contributor is of the opinion that the primary producing company is The Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa. Probably because it's the first company mentioned in the credits.

My view is that "in association with" clearly indicates that it is not the primary production company. I can't say for sure that UK is correct as CoO, but I don't buy the change to South Africa based on the contributor's argument.

Any views?

At first "A United Kingdom/South Africa/Italy co-production" made me think it would be UK, but checking Miracle Pictures and Seamus Productions now makes me think you're right about US.

(Miracle Pictures reminds me of the film Hollywood Boulevard. "If it's a good picture it's a Miracle"  )
