No idea why Jim May is highlighted as changed.
I even did a find search and they are both identical.

Is there an un-seen space after (or before) 'Jim May' in one version? I had that problem a while back.

Nope. No space before or after. I just checked his name in the edit window.

The only thing is that I have a local BY attached to him, but as shown I didn't contribute that at all.

I have also seen this before, but it doesn't seem to affect anything.

I have a feeling that Profiler doesn't actually compare before and after, but instead flags an entry when it's changed, so it can be flagged as changed even if the content is set back to its original value. Could that be it, do you think?

Your local BY is seen as a difference between the online and your own profile, whether you contribute the BY or not.
