Question. The title of film YELLOWBRICKROAD is, as typed, one word, all in capitals. Behemot has cast a 'no vote' to my submission because I have posted it all in capitals. Alternatives would be a) Yellowbrickroad; b)YellowBrickRoad or c) Yellow Brick Road. None of which seemingly appear anywhere else in reference to this DVD title YELLOWBRICKROAD. What d'ya think? (rubbish film by the way!)

d) Sell it/give it away, then it won't be in your collection and you won't have to worry about it!

Actually, according the the rules, it is 'Yellow Brick Road'.

But that's not the title. The title is Yellowbrickroad.

tcremote said the film was named "Yellowbrickroad".  If that is the case, one long string, and that is also what is on the jacket cover, then it should be one long string.

If the film name is actually three distinctly spaced words (i've never seen or heard of it before yesterday) then i would agree with you Martian.

There are movies called Yellow Brick Road and there's an actual movie Yellowbrickroad starring Cassidy Freeman (of Smallville fame).

http://www.bloody-disgusting.com/selects/releases/yellowbrickroad/

In any case a cover would be nice to decide if it's one or three words.

Am I the only one who clicked the  in his post and looked at the cover?

The above image, from Alien, is not the cover.

Here is the release at Amazon...the cover reads YELLOWBRICKROAD
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.

With the image of the DVD Cover at Amazon... and the Rule that Martian quoted... I agree with him. It should be Yellow Brick Road in profiler.

Here is the title in the trailer.

The official site, in the title bar, has it as one word.

But I guess the official site and trailer are both wrong.

I'd say it's one of the "rare" occurences that isn't covered by the rules.

Apparently the on-screen and official title is Yellowbrickroad. Which means it's also the original title in any case.

Now it comes to the general title. The "different colors rule" was invented because designers get creative and invent titles like

We are allowed to see this as two words.

But we don't split up a word when it's written in rainbow colours just because each letter has a different colour.

The same logic should apply here. Yes the three parts of the word have different colours, but apparently the title is actually Yellowbrickroad and not Yellow Brick Road.

Splitting it up because of the colours doesn't make sense in this case.
