Noticed that my iPad ap doesn't display 'watched by' information the same as the PC version does - the ap shows that no DVDs have been watched, but the PC version shows the correct viewing history

Can this be corrected somehow so that the ap is the same as the PC version and shows the correct viewing history?

Thanks

It seems this support forum is limited to support from fellow users, not support from the makers.

I paid for this Ap in the belief it would reflect what my Main program has, well it doesn't, it only provides the basic collection info not the full info.

you might get more response by posting in the iOS Technical Support forum not the (windows) mobile forum.

thanks for the reply - when i got to "Include in Recent" all i get is a search box (and if i search for a title i know i've watched, it produces no result) then below the box there is a field with "No Entries" written there and no options to set any time period that i can see'
If i go to "ever watched" nothing shows, go to "never watched" and every title shows

When i browse my collection via ipad all titles are shown as "never watched" - if i hit the "watched" entry i can enable that title as watched but i don't want to have to go thru my entire collection manually so it reflects what my PC version already shows

now I'm aware that further down the front page there's an iOS section, i'll post there if i have other issues - at least i wasn't the only one to think my ipad fitted into the mobile section

Not sure what the problem might be but, like 8ball, all the watched data shows on my iPhone 4 version.
