Ok it seems we come upon a rare occurance with the "2006 Motion Picture Reconstruction" section of the credits.

The film credits has the producer under "2006 Motion Picture Reconstruction",
while the sound and art crew are under "Visual Effects by Look Effects"

the only way I can find to duplicate that is to turn the group divider into an episode divider for "Visual Effects by Look Effects"

any thoughts on this?

As the rules are episode dividers are not to be used for within a single movie. They are only used to divide different complete movie or episode lists.

From the rules: Use Episode dividers for TV show episodes, distinct films, or other logical episodic distinction.
The last point means that in some cases it is acceptable to use episode dividers inside a single movie. E.g. Monty Python's Meaning of Life which is divided into two presentations (introduction and main feature)

I don't see how restoration could be any type of episodic distinction. I don't see how it is anything at all like an episode. It is nothing like new material added or anything else like that. Just a group of people that restored the original.

My comment had more to do with this statement.

I agree with you that the example given is a logical distinction, not an episodic one.
