This contribution of "The Good Sisters" was rejected because the UPC number on the scan did not match the UPC submitted.

However i did not submit a UPC for this item, just a disc ID as the UPC is apparently shared with the movie "Killer Biker Chicks", is there any way to solve this issue?

This has happened to me a couple times. Did you make it clear in your notes that the UPC was given to another title as well? Sometimes they read over it.

When it happened to me I just contacted Invelos about it (using the support tickets)... and they usually just put it through. Or they may just ask you to resubmit it. I guess it depends on who answers the support ticket.

That existing title of "Killer Biker Chicks" has no scan of the back cover, and no disc ID either, so it may well be a phantom profile. Unfortunately, that is insufficient evidence to remove it in favor of the new (doucmented?) profile, so you are stuck with using the Disc ID.

Yes but they will not allow me to use just the disc id, and the Killer Biker Chick DVD does in fact have the same UPC on it.

What do you mean they won't allow you to? I have done a couple like this within the last few months. And whenever I got the same decline you did I just opened up a support ticket with the disc ID and made it clear the UPC was already on another title. The reply I always got was either  they sent it through after... or they asked me to recontribute it and it went through the second time.

Other solution: make a contribution without the scan (initially), and update the scan later.
