Someone made a contribution for the Dutch locality with the description of the extra features in Dutch.
Personally I feel that as the programme language is English, the description for extra features should be in English as well, but I have not found anything in the rules about that.
So I'm wondering if it would be valid to vote no to this contribution.

I usually use the language of the locality the dvd is released in for the Extra features field, so I would not vote no in the case you described.
