Is this a rating that should be tracked, and if so how?

Does that contain a DVD/Blu-Ray?

If so then we would only be after the rating attached to the DVD/Blu-Ray itself.
If not, and it only contains a CD then that's something that would be kept local only.

By my understanding, the Parental Advisory Explicit Content is only for the CD and isn't for the DVD. If wrong I'm certain that some can clarify that.

So there is no CD?

Is there any sort of rating anywhere else on the case?

If so, then I would use that (if it matches what is in the program). (Or if the rating on the case doesn't match any within the program itself, then I would leave the rating blank.

If not, then I would enter NR as the rating.

There is no CD or any other rating on the cover or disc.

I have entered it as NR for now.

Can't find it on filmratings.com, so it was never submitted for rating and Not Rated is correct.
I'd say putting "Strong Language" in the ratings reasons would be fine as well. I have other dvds taht are either unrated or not rated but with reasons/content explanations on the cover, and those have all been approved.
