Another small question about studios.

For a television series box set, the copyright lists BBC Worldwide as copyright holder on the packaging.
Starting the disc the first thing is a copyright notice of 2 entertain, which makes clear they did the packaging and content.
Also on the keep cases in the box set it says that 2 entertain are the distributors under licence.

Obviously both should be included in the media companies section, but I am confused about the order.
I would say that 2 entertain would be the first as they made the packaging and contents and BBC Worldwide would come second.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

I believe the order you stated would be right:

2 Entertain - Publisher
BBC Worldwide - Licensor

(2 Entertain would also be the Distributor, but would not be listed twice.)

Unless we are talking about the US releases, where the Distributor is Warner Home Video.

IMHO, first BBC Worldwide (being the "licensor"), followed by 2 entertain Video (being the "distributor").

Not being familiar with these companies, I have no idea which company did what, but the rules are quite clear in the order...Publisher, Licensor then Distributor.

2|entertain

Based on that, it sounds like CalebAndCo got it right...2 Entertain, being the Publisher/Distributor, should go first followed by BBC Worldwide as the Licensor.

If someone from across the pond has a different take I will, of course, defer to their local knowledge.
