How should this be entered, MPEG 5.1 is not an option in Profiler only MPEG-2 Mono, 2-Channel Stereo & Dolby Surround




Think i may have asked this before but what do you enter Cantonese as

I don't really know about the MPEG 5.1. I guess it'd be best to either leave the channels field blank, or just enter it as "Surround" which would seem to be the closest match in the program.

Have you verified that it's actually MPEG 5.1 with a software tool? The menu could be wrong.

Cantonese should be entered as Chinese.

Yeah, I'd say the menu is definitely incorrect then. PowerDVD could be wrong somehow, but I really doubt it. It looks like the MPEG audio tracks are both 2.0, which would each be either Stereo or Surround.

It's not all that unusual really. I have quite a few DVD's released by certain studios that often proclaim 5.1 tracks on the covers and menus, but they were always just 2.0 audio streams.
