I bought 2 Digimon box sets off Amazon, Season 1 and 2.  Neither was listed on DVD Profiler so I went about making basic information, disc IDs, and cover scan.  Season 2 was uploaded without a hitch but the program refuses to upload season 1 because of invalid UPC code.

The code I read is 0-25418-23642-7 and here's a scan of it:
(clipped from full cover scan, originally scanned at 300dpi)

I don't have a bar code reader handy so I can't scan it.

How do I get to upload this anyway? Maybe someone could print out the image above and use bar code scanner to tell what number is stored?

Changed UPC to use disc ID off the first disc, now I can upload. But why was the UPC invalid in the first place?

Why don't you raise a support ticket (Click "Support" next to Forums at top of page and then "Open a new technical support ticket"), someone from Invelos may be able to give you the answer?

BTW, did you buy this from Amazon or a reseller? i tried searching the Barcode (025418236427) on Amazon and nothing comes up, normally if you search by Barcode the product comes up strait away

Also tried searching here and it also says that the Barcode is invalid and should end with a "1" not a "7"

Is this the "Alliance Entertainment" Box sets?  If so the UPC probably fails because I believe these were bootleg / "imported from Canada" copies.  You can do a Google search on "Alliance Entertainment Bootleg" for more info

So it is bootlegs.  It does say Alliance Entertainment   Would Amazon do something if I show them information these DVDs are bootlegged?  I'd rather not spend over $100 for these bootlegs

I'd tell them. I don't think they're very happy about selling bootlegs over their marketplace.

As already said, the number is invalid, and the barcode itself doesn't look right either.
If you go to this site and generate a UPC-A for this number the 7 is automatically replaced with an 1 and the barcode looks quite different.
