Ok have not see this issue before.

I have this DVD UPC 031398111344

it is coming up with another DVD

this only option I can think of is using the longer UPC ?

So whats policy on this ?

This happens on occasion.  The policy is to use the disc ID.  Do not use the longer UPC.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

As noted use Disc ID or search by title.  Since the other title was in the DB first it wins and stays in.  There are a number of titles that this has happened with. "Girl who played with Fire" and "I sell the dead" come to mind as ones where this happened also.

Hummm, well that kinda sucks. lol

I kinda need UPC's for my folder set up. I would take it that I can put in a UPC lock the profile and never upload it and that would work ?

Yes, but you would never get updates for the profile.

Wouldn't that work with the Disc-IDs just as well? Whether a folder is called "/123456789012/" or "/I0123456789ABCDEF/" shouldn't make a difference should it?

Not computer folders, I use Case Logic DVD folders, I put a ptouch lable on the slip cover and if I want a profile I just scan that UPC/label.

I am also working on a getting to play the selected dvd as well with LOAD DVD. Still a few things to put together to make it all play nice.

anywho,

With Alt&F10? Unfortunately this doesn't work with DiscIDs (just tried) ... might be a Feature Request.

Command-files support Disc-IDs, "SelectProfile I92FC6533CEA21AAB" works just fine so maybe it is just the Input-Window that filters out the letters and needs to be changed.
