Hello,

Sorry if the post already exists, but the search I made gave me no result or were timed out

Is it possible to copy a profile from one disc to another. I just bought Total Recall, and the EAN was not in the DB. All cast/studios are the same, and I'd like to copy it from another BluRay /DVD.

How can I do that ?

Thanx for help.

Yes. Just go to add by title and choose a profile that closely resembles yours and add it to your collection. Then change the UPC/Locality to match the back cover of yours using the DVD/Change UPC menu in Profiler. Then just add cover scans and change the SRP for your release and you can even add it to the database for other users if you want. Make sure to check as much data as you can before submitting. Things like audio tracks, subtitles, features, discIDs and even studios can change region to region.

Try Google - Advanced Search. Set "Search within a site or domain:" to invelos.com and off you go.

It is, use the method bob9000 suggested. There is a little checklist in the Cloning Profiles entry in the Community Knowledge Base.

Cast and crew data can also vary. So PLEASE, check the data that you are copying against the data on your copy.

The search feature is very weak, so no need to be sorry.  Other than that, I think everybody covered the situation quite well.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

Thanks for your help guys.

I'll pay attention to changes between the 'source' profile and the new one I'll create.

Regards,

Olivier.
