I just bought the German BluRay "Confessions - Das Party Girl" - EAN 4260157710108.
After downloading the existing profile i was wondering about what i saw in this profile.
The Cast is devided with a Epsiode Devider in Pre-Credits and End-Credits.

Is this a correct way for a submission? I personally think not. Whats your opinion?

If you mean opening credits (beginning of movie) and end credits (end of movie) then no... the rule states to only include that cast once... from the end credits. If there is cast in the opening credits not in the end credits then they go before the end credits cast. But you don't use episode dividers for credits within a single movie per rules.

I just had a look at the profile in your collection.  The only way that is allowed is if those headings are in the actual credits.  If they are not, and someone is just stating that some credits are from the opening credits and the rest from the end, it is not allowed and should be changed.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.
