Yeah, that's strange. Maybe somebody already entered it (since some people were able to get the exclusives on Sunday)? So, when looking at the notes, you're the first and only one?

It happens when another user submits it first, and then it gets approved. All other pending submissions will then show up for voting. The "New Submission" page will still appear even if 10 users submit it before the profile actually gets approved into the database.

An easy way to tell if someone else has submitted it first is to try to contribute it (but don't submit) and then look under your contributions and you should see it as "Incomplete Submission". Click on the icon and it will show any history.
