Disc 3 was missing from the box set contents, so I added it.  I then tried to contribute the change.

But, it is marked as incomplete and the description that I entered is not there.

When I tried again, I noticed that only the profile piece being submitted was the crew.  No tic box for boxset info.

Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong?  I do not contribute very often, so I do not know all of the ins and outs of doing so.

I had a similar case of "Incomplete Submission" yesterday. Probably a glitch in uploading.

Just contribute again and check the appropriate boxes. If there is no checkbox for the boxset info, that would indicate that the onliine already has that info.

What UPC/EAN are you talking about?

I checked that profile. There are two in the online database, one for the US, with 6 child profiles which appears to be complete, and one for Canada, without child profiles at all.

So the missing 3d child profile or 3d disc appears to be a local problem. If you haven't done so already, you may just want to download the exisitng data.

Weird I didn't do anything to cause the disc to be removed from the box set and I've been updating whenever the program wanted to.

The 3rd disc profile was in the database, just orphaned from the box set's list.
