Just add the child profiles by disc id. It's very likely that these disc id profiles are already in the database, and that they are used for other box set profiles.

Parent: Predator Double Feature (UPC)
Child: Predator (disc id)
Child: Predator 2 (disc id)

You put the disc in your PC, Profiler than asks if you want to add the disc to your collection (if it exists), if not create on new profile by choosing "add by disc ID" in the add DVD section.

After adding both movies to your collection open up the main Box Set profile (Edit profile) and choose Box Set contents, here you can search on a title basis, find the title and click the assign button in the middle. The title is than added to the main profile.

Sell it and get the widescreen SE of the first film and the 2disc for the second. I'd say blu-ray but that Ulltimate Hunter Edition is an acquired taste with it's massive dnr and wax Carl Weathers. You should be able to find them used for not much more $ than the 2-pack.

Is the Predator 2 disc in that 2 pack even anamorphic? I notice it says Full Screen for the first and only Widescreen for the second.
