Hi,

Apologies if this is in the wrong part of the Forums, but I had some issues with adding DVD boxed sets into my collection last night.

For ALIAS: THE COMPLETE COLLECTION (SEASONS 1-5), Season 3 wasn't included in the Child Profiles, and had to be manually included. Is there a way this can amended for other users.

For THE ADVENTURES OF YOUNG INDIANA JONES: VOLUME 3 - THE YEARS OF CHANGE, there is no Child Profiles available at all.

Lastly, is there a way in which Child Profiles for boxed-sets can be included in the correct order, e.g. by episode number, or in season-by-season order, please? When I added the ALIAS set mentioned above, the Child Profiles came in the wrong order - Season 5, Season 4, Season 1, then Season 2. Is there a way in which users or the software itself, can put the Child Profiles into the correct sequence?

For your second question about ordering, use the Sort Title.

At present this appears to be the numbers in words, which alphabetically go Five, Four, One, Three, Two.
Just replace that part of the title by 5, 4, 1, 3 and 2, which will sort correctly.

The Sort Title is local only, although for the first upload it can be set. Many contributors forget about the numbers at the first upload.

First question: this is a user-contributed database. If a profile is not available (yet), you can contribute it yourself (or wait, or ask a question like you did). These appear to be popular titles (in region 1 anyway), so they should show up.

I have child profiles for the Young Indiana Jones Volume 3. Perhaps they are just not attached yet to your particular profile. You could do one of two things. Throw your actual discs in your computer and look up the profile that way or just look them up using the title. When I'm looking for child profiles, I look for the disc id instead of the UPC...easy way to id them quickly. Hope that helps with the Indy title.
