Hello,

My backup is corrupted, now I would like to download my dvd's from my online list. But with the command I can only upload, and I am not able to click on the download button.

Any help is much appreciated.

kind regards,

Wimbol

You cannot download your online collection because you don't seem to have one.

You have to explicitly upload your collection to have this additional backup resource.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Thanks for your reply, I have my list at

http://www.intervocative.com/dvdcollection.aspx/wimbol

Isn't this my online database?

kind regards,

Sadly not.
With the company change to Invelos the path changed to "http://www.invelos.com/DVDCollection.aspx/wimbol". All program versions from 3.0 (March 2007) onwards should have uploaded to this location

You may want to ask Ken Cole via support ticket if there's a way to transcribe your old Intervocative online-database to the new Invelos. But I wouldn't put too much hope in it.
