So I got the Fantasia / Fantasia 2000 "2 Movie Collection" Blu-ray from Disney and was wondering how I should profile it. What's included (and listed by back cover) is:

Disc 1 - Fantasia BD
Disc 2 - Fantasia 2000 BD
Disc 3 - Fantasia DVD
Disc 4 - Fantasia 2000 DVD

Should this be treated as a box set? I only ask because Fantasia's video format (1.33) is different from Fantasia 2000's (1.78). They do have common features except for BD-Live which looks like it's only included on the Fantasia 2000 disc.

I would treat it as a box set, with four profiles.

I would do it as a boxset with two combo releases in it.

Fantasia/Fantasia 2000
+Fantasia BRD/DVD
++Fantasia DVD
+Fantasia 2000 BRD/DVD
++Fantasia 2000 DVD

I think I would do it as Caleb suggests as well.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

Personally I'll be profiling the BDs only, but for the online I'd agree with Caleb's suggestion.

All 4 disc in one case? Or Fantasia and Fantasia 2000 in separate cases?

I think Caleb's got the best idea too.

As an aside, have they restored Fantasia to the original theatrical version or is it still the sanitised re-released version?

Dunno, still need to watch it and it says on the back is "All-New Digital Restoration On Feature Film", but I'd guess it's the re-released version.

For some reason, racism in Dumbo, Peter Pan and Lady and the Tramp is okay, but Song of the South and Fantasia are right out.

Then I'd do a box set with four child profiles.

In that case I would make one parent, with 4 children in it (and not one parent with children who in turn also have DVD as a child profile). So I'd go with Synnerman's suggestion

Had each movie been packed seperately, with a slip case to keep them together, then I would go with Caleb's suggestion.

If this is a combo-release (and it looks like it is) then the DVDs should be attached to the BDs as children. That's what the rules call for anyway so I don't see much way of bending it. The only time I would profile it differently is if it was actually four different movies, but it's just two.
