Child Profile Question Re: The 4-Disc Combo-Pack of Disney's "A Christmas Carol" |

| | Posted: | | | | The new 4-Disc Combo Pack release for "Disney's A Christmas Carol" contains the regular Blu-ray, a 3-D Blu-ray, a DVD and a Digital Copy. Under the bonus film rules, whenever a Blu-ray contains an additional DVD of the same film, we can (and do) enter it as a child profile with all of the information for that disc. What I am wondering here is how we should regard the Blu-rays? Is the 3-D the main feature, with the 2-D Blu-ray as a bonus disc? Or vice versa? Only the DVD?
To add a little additional information so you can make an informed choice, the overview specifically mentions the 3-D version, with the Blu-ray and DVD only mentioned in the special features. The 2-D Blu-ray also has some different features from the 3-D.
I am leaning towards the 3-D as the main because of the overview, with the Blu-ray and DVD having separate child profiles, but I thought I would open up this to discussion for some of the other titles out there with similar situations (like "The Last Airbender" or "Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore"). |

| | Posted: | | | | An interesting aside: as this is my first 3-D Blu-ray (don't own a 3-D TV and probably won't for the foreseeable future), I don't know if all the discs are like this, but Disney actually made the cover text on the disc 3-D if you were to look at with the glasses on. A neat little idea. |
