| | Posted: | | | | OK. Ive posted quite a few, most accepted. Occaisionally there is a no vote pointing out an error or shortcoming in my posting. Fair enough. But if the 'no vote' is wrong, how does one 'publicly' refute it? Can see how to respond privately to who ever posted the 'no vote' but that may fall on deaf ears. | | Posted: | | | | The PM is a possibility, but you can also edit your contribution notes, which I would do without name calling, to explain the part that's called in the No-vote.
And btw, a No-vote is not always automatically a decline of the contribution. |

My Profile --> Contributions (where you check votes) and click on the title of the contribution. That shows your notes under the title. And also gives you links where you can withdraw or edit your notes on the right hand side of that section. | | | | Pete |

| | Posted: | | | | Updating the Contribution Notes is the best way. Go to My Contributions, click on the name of the contribution you want to edit & then on the right hand side, click Edit. Remember, don't address the person, address the point/no vote. I normally start by saying "To address the no vote...." or similar. |
