Inside a large box (same size as the Harry Potter Ult. Editions, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest BDs) is a separate Blu-ray case (standard HD Slim) with its own UPC that is different from the one on the back of the larger box plus some (IMO) useless trinkets like a board game, magazie reprints, etc.
How I have submitted it is the larger box as the parent profile with the separate Goonies movie as the child profile. If that's not how its done, how should it be profiled? I got a no vote stating: "I don't think a separate case qualifies... quoting the rules: 'The term "Box Set" is used to define any release that includes more than one film'" | | | | Last edited: by The Movieman |

My guess is that WB decided to just reuse BD's already in the cases and throw it in a UE box. So in the end I would just use the UPC on the UE box and disregard the case inside. | | | We're on a mission from God.

As the no-voter already showed, the rules indeed define a "Box Set" as any release that includes more than one film. | | Posted: | | | | Well, I've withdrawn it and will let someone else handle it (won't be long since it comes out on Tuesday). Doesn't make much sense that we don't profile the BD case inside with its own UPC so I'll keep it local since the rules are specific about a box set.
Edit: I did submit the separate case and its been approved so when Warner eventually releases it, the release date and SRP will have to be corrected.

And if you don't include the child link into your contribution of the outer profile it is within the rules. |
