Downloading The Software On A New Computer And Getting Your Old Stuff Back

I just got a new computer and downloaded the software.  Is it possible to somehow download all my info or get it back so I can use the program on this new comp without having to reinput every dvd and paying for another unlimited registration???

I am taking it you don't have a recent back-up? That is the best way to go. If not... I guess the easiest way to do it is...

Just click the same button for uploading your collection. There you can choose to upload or download.

As long as you still have access to your old computer, create a backup and save it to a jump drive.  Then when you reload profiler on the new computer, you just load the backup.  The backup will have everything just as you had it on the old computer.  If you no longer have access to the old computer, you can download from the online database, but you do lose personalized information, but all your profiles should be there.

You should never have to pay for another unlimited registration. If you don't have your key, just go to the website and go to the registration tab. Or click here.  Your registration number/key should be there.

you don't lose your personalised information since that has been loaded to the online for some time now (although you can't see it online)

AFAIK, the only thing you lose are your own cover scans where they are different from the online.
