I'm trying to share the information about a new title coming in Blu-Ray, I even have the Hi-Res front picture and the UPC, but the reviewer don't let me add it. I always have this message:

"An invalid source, such as a third party database, was listed in the contribution notes. Use of a third party database is not allowed per the contribution rules."

The first time, I understand, I had put a link to another forum, but the second time, I simply removed the link and the reference, but it was rejected again...

How to submit a new title if it's not discussed or announced on the forum here?

Thanks!

You have to give a source for the data in the profile, for example the cast & crew it's the end credits from the movie.

Knowing the movie and UPC would help... with that we could look at it in your online collection to see what you have. Maybe then we can tell you better what may be wrong.

As Zwollenaar said... if you added cast and crew you have to tell them where this info comes from. Per Rules you must take the info from the actual credits when you pop the disc in. But you say it is just coming to Blu-ray... if adding cast and crew... where did you get it from. Any place like IMDBN is not allowed. If you got it from the DVD version of the movie (if it is out)... then tell them the UPC of the DVD version you took it from.

Other then that having the UPC/Title would help us tell you better.
Pete
