Was updating my profile, and had to search for a few common names when I saw that the original title for this film varied back and forth mostly between two variants, causing the CLT results for certain actors & crew to show completely inaccurate results.

It's entered both as Kill Bill Vol. 1 and Kill Bill: Vol. 1 (and slightly different variants such as Kill Bill: Vol.1 etc).

Here's the screenshot of the title as it's presented during the film's opening credits:

According to the rules:

"Episode descriptors are part of the title; separate them with a colon and a space; e.g. 'Star Trek III: The Search for Spock.'"

So would I be correct in believing Vol. 1 to be an episode descriptor, and that it should in fact be separated by a colon and a space? And that the original title of my profile, which reads "Kill Bill Vol. 1" is actually incorrect?

Just want a little clarification and possible back up when/if I submit it!

Thanks!
The night is calling. And it whispers to me soflty come and play.

Per the rules, 'Kill Bill: Vol. 1', would be correct.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.
