I would use it LOCALLY and I would not pin it down, I would use the other Role. Special Make-Up design could be used under BOTH headings, depending on the Context as noted by North, which could conceivably mean an erroneous listing. I've been including them since for regular make-up we take artists and designers, what's different for special effects make-up other than a more barren grid of acceptable roles? Special = effects to me. Screeners don't seem to mind, they've all gone through noted. |

At least One of the users who informed of this has revealed his own hypocrisy in this thread. If he wants to achieve it then he is all in favor of being able to create a Rule to suit him, but if he doesn't want to then, no we can't do it.
