I've noticed the following in the US LOST season 4 profile () :

- the overview goes up to episode 13. There's No Place Like Home, Part 2. My disc also only goes up to part 2 (which was aired as part 2 & 3 I believe)
- the cast and crew credits go up to episode 14. There's No Place Like Home, Part 3.

The credits at the end of ep 2 aren't split, they're just one long credit list. Any idea how to correct this? Should I merge the existing credits into one or redo the credits entirely for that episode?

Only as the credits appear On Screen, Overview is a different issue. The Overview goes only to 13, so what, it is what it is. The Cast and Crew have both Ep 13 and 14, that too, is what it is. I would describe my findings in my notes but beyond that, like I said the data is what it is... or isn't.

If the credits for two episodes are rolled into one, again, it is what it is, you can't create something that isn't there, unless you want to pretend you know more than the show's producers. You can do it locally if you want.

No, what I meant to say is that the credits as they are now in the online don't seem to match what's on screen:

- back cover states there are only 13 episodes
- disc also only goes up to episode 13 (which is ep 13 & 14 rolled into one with only one credit at the very end)

however, the credits in the online has split credits, which doesn't correspond with the actual credits on the disc. This corresponds to the credits as they are on the DVD release, but the Blu-ray mashed those two last episodes together into one big season finale.

With that in mind, would I be correct to delete the data for those episodes 13 & 14 and resubmit data for a final episode 13, as it appears on-screen?

My guess is the existing credits were copy-pasted from the DVD profiles

If there is only one set of credits for Eps 13 and 14, then that is how they should be entered. Why does this happen, it's hard to say. They may have been originally aired as a single two hour show and re-airings were done on a split basis or vice versa, not that that has any relevance to profiler outside of an interesting factoid perhaps. Even on the individual Disc data, if 13 & 14 are combined into a single set of credits that is how the data should appear.

OK, thanks. I'll adapt the existing profile and resubmit the data with that explanation in the contribution notes.
