Should the word "including" be capitalized in rating details?

For example: "Thematic Elements Including Bullying, Some Peril and Mild Language"

I consider it a joining word so I would say no. I've been seeing lots both ways though.

You aren't supposed to capitalize conjunctions, articles and prepositions. "Including" is a verb.

I hadn't really thought about that but checking the dictionary Ace is right.  It is a verb, so it should be capitalized.
