I have come across at least two Crew members who share variations of their name.

William Skinner (Sound)

Also credited sometimes as William or Bill Skinner

Wm. Ladd Skinner = 4
William Ladd Skinner = 50

The problem is that they both can be credited as either Bill or William.

Any help?

Well, as of yet the sound mixer's common name is "Bill Skinner", and the art director/production designer's common name is "William Ladd Skinner". As long as the correct common names are used, their credits won't be lumped together.

I will check all the "Stargate" and the "The Outer Limits" credits, when I'm back from work.

Ok, I checked 18 of the 23 "The Outer Limits" episodes and "Stargate - The Ark of Truth" and "Stargate - Continuum".

In all of them he is credited as "Bill Skinner".
In "The Outer Limits" as "Sound Mixer", in both Stargate movies as "Production Sound Mixer".

Can't check "Stargate: Atlantis"-episodes because I saw he is credited in epsiodes from season 4 and season 5, and I only own Season 1-3.
