| | Posted: | | | | I was editing the cast of a profile and trying out the new dividers and such, and when I hit OK, and then Maybe Later on the contribution screen, DVD Profiler froze up with me. I waited a good 5 minutes and then I shut it down via task manager, and tried to reopen to no avail. It shows DVD Profiler on my taskbar and I get the loading screen when trying to run but it never fully opens. | | Posted: | | | | Ok, I was able to get it up and running again.
For anyone that has a similar problem here is the procedure that worked for me.
I uninstalled (but did not click the box that says 'delete database and images' ) and then did a reinstall and viola so far that seems to do the trick, so a guess a simple explanation worked here. | | | | DVD Profiler user since October 1, 2004 |
