| | Posted: | | | | When it come to home theatre gear reviews, I suspect most here know and love Secrets of Home Theatre HiFi, but I'm curious to know what other good review sites people like. Me, I've recently discovered AudioHolics.com. The site is a bit cluttered, but the reviews are solid, and there's lots of them. Contrary to the name of the site they offer reviews for all kinds of HT gear, not just audio related stuff. Then there's ProjectorCentral.com, which have great projector reviews, and also a lot of other good projector related information. Any other recommendations? | | Posted: | | | | A UK site is WhatHifi, which also does all sorts of HT gear, not just HiFi. It's the website of a magazine by the same name. If you can read German, AreaDVD is a great site with very detailed reviews. (Try Google Translate or something similar if need be!) Then there's the Trusted Reviews site. A meta review site is TestFreaks. CNET does reviews too. Sometimes its UK and Australian branches test the same gear - with sometimes different results! Another one is EngadgetHD. Based in the UK is AVReview. Another meta review site is TestSeek. A good forum site is AVSForum. Here's the site of Home Theater magazine - they do reviews too.
